Profile Tokyo Spandixxx formed in 2017 and based out of Tokyo, features a blend of the visual elements of Japanese entertainment and the sounds of western hard rock music. According to the band, their name comes from the amalgamation of the two words spandex and dicks, because “sleaze rock dudes wear spandex and have dicks”. Their debut mini-album was released in July 2017 shocking the ever so polite Japanese society with the flashy covered “Kick Big Ass” CD.
