PROFILE
The Turbo Tigers was born in 1984 in the suburbs of Seattle. Born from the meeting of Brandon Lauvinsky Ernest (Bruce E. Love) Polish butcher from New Jersey and Zachary Wayde (Zakk Weed), while street preacher, born in the bayous, training practice a typical European hard rock – heavily influenced by Judas Priest and Scorpions and adding a kangaroo pocket in claiming AC/DCesque of obedience.
After a break of two years in order to clubs on the west coast during which the group enlisted the services of Johnny Blaze, drummer involved, The Turbo Τigers is offered to open their Germanic idols for the European tour in 1986 and recorded two albums in the wake unforgettable six months. Tired from the frantic pace – tour bus – concerts – groupies, musicians join Seattle and began a long journey through the desert punctuated problems morals (the Pamela A.), the conflict with the law (for plagiarism trial cascades: Case Nikki S., R. Axl).
The early ’90s saw the forced into exile in France. Johnny Blaze throws in the towel (it is car wash) and the musicians return to their original jobs. But smoldering. In 2008, Bruce E-Love and Zakk Weed revive the adventure integrated Buc Buster (Bernard Bustier), a French drummer born in California. Resume sessions and concerts too. April 2009 sees the band groupies throw food to the bleeding unleashed an appetizer of 3 titles aptly named “Action!” In June 2009, The The Turbo Tigers, The Answer open to share the stage with Black Rain, then offered a sexy performance at the 2010 Freewheels alongside American Dog, Motorhead, Twisted Sister.
Their new album “No Butts, No Glory” (LP, CD included – 14 tracks) was released in June 2011 … and cats, claws out, already well underway successor. Pending the next album, the single “JP the Roadie” including one unreleased track and 6 rarities (live / remix / unreleased recordings) gives an idea of the evolution of the group! “”No Butts, No Glory” limited to 269 copies.
