Profile Shotgun Alley formed mid 2009 and by Feb 2010 the band made their second trip to the United States, where they tracked the bulk of the music for their debut album “Shotgun Alley” at Red Bull HQ in Santa Monica, Los Angeles. They had already completed a New Zealand tour and played with Alice Cooper and Steel Panther so things were looking bright for the six-piece. They then came back to complete another New Zealand tour, opening for Slash at NZ’s G-Taranaki Festival. After a short break the band was back into the studio at Red Bull HQ, Auckland, with all guns blazing and a new singer, Australian born, Mark Falcon.

An NZ tour and opening for ZZ Top in April 2011 helped solidify the new line up. After the release of their 80’s-influenced, heavy rock-pop record, they have opened for Def Leppard at Vector Arena in Auckland, acting as the springboard for their full New Zealand tour, stretching from Auckland, right down to Dunedin 2011. This New Zealand band seems to combine elements of H.E.A.T. and Brother Firetribe with Def Leppard harmonies. Sadly, the band has broken up and this incredible masterpiece is out of print and near impossible to find.
