Profile High school rock band Short Circuit hailed from Kearny, New Jersey formed in the 80s. “Vent of Frustration” released back in 1993 on a small indie label Rubber Bunyon Records with a sound reminds bands like Slick Lilly and Bad Mouth. The band reached impressive levels many years after school opening for 38-Special and the Marshall Tucker Band. In 2010 the band reunited for one show at the world famous Gin Mill in Kearny, NJ. Unfortunately John Blevins in February 2020 died at the of 48 in his sleep. R.I.P.
