Profile New York based singer Rozetta deliver an  interesting album of harder-edged AOR with tough street wise lyrics cloaking a vulnerability beneath. The album released in 1980 by 20th Century Fox Records and produced by Eddy Offord and Philippe Saisse. Highlighted songs are definetely the radio friendly opener “Pick Me Up” with great guitar work from Kulick who also co-wrote the track with Rosetta, the rockin’ “Where’s My Hero” and the powerful “Keep on Fighting” which later covered by Franke and the Knockouts. The music is generally mainstream rock which is well conceived and well played throughout. The whole record shows a rare intelligence, making for an impressive debut. If you are close to Laura Branigan and Joan Jett type voice, buy this one…
