PROFILE
NAZCA is a relatively new Hard Rock formation from Le Tampon, Reunion Island, in the Indic Ocean, founded in 1993 the guys only release their debut album ten years later via Brennus Music. Yet this is one of the best melodic hard-rock groups of the country. The mini-CD “Reaching Your Soul” was published in July 1997 and surprised both the national and international press.
Dennis WARD (VANDEN PLAS, ANGRA…) joined the band in the studio and helped recording the first album “The White Wheel” in January 2001, that will finally be published two years later on the Brennus label. Their songs are indeed melodic as hell and their performance can easily be compared with that of many well-known bands in the genre. The German audience, which is known to be very hard to please as far as heavy-metal is concerned, seems already conquered. It’s a real discovery you shouldn’t miss !
