Profile Formed in 1983 in Scarborough, Ontario, Moving Targetz evolved from a jangly guitar College alternative act in Scarborough to a synth-pop act in 1986 to a rock based metal act through to its demise in 1991. Since 1985 the band had become unstoppable overnight played in most popular clubs in Toronto releasing a 5-song ep and one album “Bulletproof” on their own label Bullseye Records. Great quality of songs mixing melodic rock and pop tunes with pompus keys and harmony compositions.
