Profile Julian Angel, a Germany born musician, composer, singer, guitarist, German Rock Awards nominee – but mainly a guy who has been stuck in the 1980s and is damn proud of it. He play traditional Hair Metal style addresses exactly these yesterday’s people with music so out-dated, looks that worn-out plus an attitude ignored by most people today and a bold promise: Looks, sounds and feels like 1989 !!! Catchy melodies, huge choirs, guitar riffs, virtuoso solos and thunder drums, influenced by bands such as Mötley Crüe, Ratt, Def Leppard, Autograph, Bon Jovi (old stuff), Guns n’ Roses… Of course the sound quality could be much better if he had the right budjet as this one is a self produced record. “Tokyo Nights” and “When the Night Comes” are two of the best moments of this record that worth to check this guy even under his project of Beautiful Creatues.
