Profile Carillo was the brainchild of guitarist Frank Carillo. They had two albums issued on Atlantic Records in the late 1970s. Fans remember this group because they frequently opened for Led Zeppelin on their tours. Frank Carillo’s second LP for Atlantic finally gets off a rocker in “She Takes the Night” and produced several singles in an attempt to get the band to become a commercial success. Several good written songs again the LP ( Emotions, Love me a Little More) lacked the spark of a live sound and seemed over-produced. “Out of Time” is a cover song from Rolling Stones.
