Profile Brain Damage hailed from Florence formed in 1984 from Francesco Sighieri and Pio Stefanini. In 1985 the band joined drummer Steve Luchi and Antonio Stefanini. They rank second in the national RockContest 1989 music event and win Emergenza Rock in 1994. During 1990 and 1991, they participated with positive results in the competition promoted in Milan by Yamaha and in 1992 they performed in Rome at the Palaeur during the United Europe event. They were active till 1995 when they split-up while some of the former members found fame and fortune into the italian pop scene.
