For Bad Way it all started with a group of friends debating on the topic “ how the American bands of the 90’s would have played if they had lived in the 80’s”. Half-jokingly they became a band who would have gained a lot of success in the following years.

After changin many line-ups, recording some demos with a total of 12 tracks and performing in some incredible shows, the band was selected to take part in the final of the Imaginarock de Cadena 100 national contest, were more than 3000 bands took part in. After that, the band played more than 50 gigs an, thanks to a demo with 3 tracks, they were selected to support Twisted Sister in a tour. The band decided to record their first album with Roc.K (K Industria) in 2005, being the first independent band in signing a contract with that label.

From Zero to Hero is perceived by the critics as the “la salvación del hard-rock en España” (the salvation of hard-rock in Spain) , or like “los mejores 12 balazos de rock puro en este año” (the best 12 shots of pure rock of this year) .

Bad Way started a national tour that involved cities like Madrid, Zaragoza, Bilbao, and Barcelona. Thanks to 2 years of continued touring they had national promoters noticing them and eventually the band had the possibility to support tours of bands such as Lordi (Apolo 2007), Nashville Pussy (KGB 2007), Obús (Lleida 2006) and many, many others.

The band started thinking about the recording of their second album and, to try and improve themselves even better, they wished to record it in the UK or the USA but eventually decided to record it with Gonzalo Parreño (Uzzhuaïa, La Pulquería) in the RPM Studios in Valencia. They worked on the 11 tracks of the second album for half a year and to give it that international touch they decided to master it in the best european studios : the Finnvox in Helsinki with Mika Jussila (HIM, Nightwish).

Dead Letters was released in Spring 2009 and right after that the band started touring with more than 25 gigs in different Spanish provinces. In Autumn they signed an agreement with Nice & Sleazy management and they flew to the UK for the first time for a number of live shows, gaining incredible success.

Bad Way ended the year playing with one of the most famous band of the moment in the American Rock scene, Black Stone Cherry, in Madrid with more than 700 people that defined it as : « one of the best shows ever made by the band ».

At the beginning of 2010, many national magazines such as Mondosonoro, Popular 1, Rockzone and Ruta 66 placed Dead Letters among the best album of the year. The band started working on their 3rd album, that they started recording at the end of 2010. The band also took decisions about the tour in Europe to play in the following countries : UK, Italy, Sweden and Holland.
