Profile 4 A.M. stands for “4 Asshole Musicians”. The band hailed from Alexander City, Alabama formed in 1991 but in the wrong time cause of the grunge. “Trash” is their debut album came out independently in 1992 and produced by the band and Michael Panepento. A surefire hit with anyone who likes hard-hitting guitars, a healthy dose of attitude, and lots of hard rock energy. Betcherass there’s some Skid Row hints in here–any hair-metal styled band with attitude begs that comparison–but 4 A.M. manages to come up with their own sound, avoiding the trap of coming across like Skidster clones. For fans of ballsy, unapologetic hard rock, these guys will sound like treasure, not trash.
