Profile Great melodic rock band from Montreal formed in 1992 by composer/keyboardist Jean Sebastian Robitaille and vocalist Marc La Roc. “Situatioan on Planet Earth” is the only band’s album released in 1996 on Emond Records and produced by Pierre Emond. Not much is know for the band but definetely the album worth a place to anyone’s collection.  The production is superb, the song-writing outstanding with very intelligent arrangements and a very talented/genious singer that it’s criminal to let a voice like his to go waste on only one album.

The highlight here is the full album but if I have to pick up the best moments here I will choose the heartfelt ballad “Something To Believe In” with great combination of piano, saxophone and keyboards ended to a punchy chorus and “Hello, I Love you” with great lyrics you will never forget. Last but not least is “In My House” with a great guitar riffs and an interesting orchestration. The album is one more rarity that you have to find out there but I am sure you will reward from the result. 1997 was the end of the band. Similar to Southern Sons, White Heart and Mike Oldfield.
