Profile Groningen based hard rockers Wildrose formed in 1990. The band came in attention in café Skamele Ruter in Leeuwarden on February 1993 and their fame came bigger and bigger with a highlight a outdoor concert for 15,000 visitors in the near Bremen. Wild Rose has in Northern Germany (Bremen, Oldenburg, Osnabrück) a fanatical fan base. In 1994 the band recorded a demo tape in the JMP-studio Roderwolde. The title of the tape was “Crashin ‘into Germany’ – which taken from a car accident that the band had earlier that year on the way to a gig in Lengerich near Osnabrück. 

 in the late 1994 the band signed a contract with Nico’s Records from Sneek and the recordings for the first album completed in the Red Light Studio Tiemen Smit. In January 1995 their album released while the single “Let me in” was going to the top 40. On May 20, 1995 the band present their album in “The Viaduct” in Groningen. After the presentation, the band successfully performs in hard rock cafe Route 66 (Poelestraat), The Spieghel and Huize Maas, but Shortly after singer Quince Jones leaves the band and replaced by Jurjen Tichelaar.

Shortly before the recording of the second album (“II”) in June 1996 Paul “Cox” Kremer left from Wild Rose. His place is taken by oldtimer Ad Cage (including ex Highway and Blues Train ). Guitarist Martjo Brongers handles the bass on the second CD. Shortly after the band split up….
