Profile This actually happens to be one of the most sought after late 80s hair metal albums out there, and it sells for upwards of $200 easily. Triffid hailed from Albany NJ formed in the mid 80s by Alan Payette the local Gary Moore as they called him. The band debut in 1985 with the EP “Invasion” before they released they first full lenght album “Uncovered” back in 1987 through Neon Records and produced by the band and Dave Hoffis. Production is not the best with no spectacular tracks but there few well arranged tunes like the rocking “Voodo Heart” and “Pretty Poison” with impressive guitar work. Limited in 500 copies is one of the rarities out there that need to be discovered…
