Profile Theo was created in 1982 and was active until the end of the 1980s. They released the single “Born to Rock” and the studio album The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly. Theo played at local events such as Source Rock and Rock Moland, and had an appearance on NRK with “Born to Rock”. The band broke up in 1989/1990. There will be a nostalgic concert in Arendal 27 December 2007.

Bard Torstensen and Erlend Ottem has since been successful with nu metal band Clawfinger. Geir Emanuelsen participated in the Go-Go Gorilla (with Alex Rosén), Dixie Ramblers, and Howlin ‘Pimp-O-Negros. He plays past the surf rock band The Beat Tornados, which he helped start. Harald Dose Dose is the lead singer of Project Band, which originates in Arendal Big Band.

The album was recorded in Grimstad Sound Studio, mixed in the same place by Tom Samuelsen and Theo. Album cover was designed by Jan Olsen at Innoventi AS, who also took pictures. Published in 1988 by Wasp Music on LP. Born to Rock The track was released on vinyl single in 1989. The album received good reviews, for example in music magazine Kerrang!
