Profile Stonewall/Weekend were a project formed in early 90s in Bancroft from longtime lead guitarist for Indianapolis area band “Why on Earth” along with his best friend and co-guitarist Joe ‘Joe Joe Weekend’ Howard, also guitarist and vocalist in “Why on Earth” along with Dwayne Kendall also from WOE, and Denny Melman. In a period of five years the band released two critically acclaimed albums before they split up.

Their self-titled debut album released through Air International Records, a hard to find album nowdays. A brilliant collection of hard rock tunes with heavy guitar riffs, harmony backing vocals, strong rhythm section and some really impressive tunes like “Nothin’s Gonna Stand in Our Way”, “Another Night in Hollywood” and “Waiting for the Axe to Fall Part 2” where an earlier version of the song appeared on the Why on Earth’s album “Action”. Unfortunately Jason ‘Stonewall’ Seidler passed away in 2011.
