Profile The band formed in 1988 from a purely studio project of vocalist Alexander Kirsanov and bassist Vladimir Shiryaev. The band joined guitarist Edward Gerasimov, keyboardist Oleg Chenchik and Igor Juravel on drums. The band’s name is “Stella” and they played commercial hard rock. The same year the band released their debut album “The Time has Come” followed by many live concerts. In 1989 Chenchik replaced by Andrey Gulyaev and the band released their secord album “Fever”, a keyboard driven hard rock record in the vein of Bon Jovi with bombastic keys, catchy choruses and many harmony backing vocals.

They also released three video to promote the album. Unfortunately the band failed to gain sucess as this kind of music wasn’t popular in Russia that period. Andrey Gulyaev left the band to join Victor Zinchuk while guitarist Edward Gerasimov had gone about a year before the collapse of the group and was replaced by a long time worked Alexander Nikitin. 1994 was the year the band released their 3rd album melled to be their last until 2010 when songwriter/vocalist and producer Alexander Kirsanov decided to refresh and revived the group.
