Profile Shadow Gang originally based out of the New Jersey area releasing their self-title debut album in 1997 from SMT Records,  play some of the best melodic hard rock/hair metal ever, for an indie band. Killer hooks, choruses, and stunning guitar-work, make this a must add into any melodic hard rock collection. Their sound reminds me of bands like Jillson, Heaven’s Wish and a few hints of Friction and Contagious “Reverse”. The band share the stage with Quiet Riot, Vince Neil, Lynch Mob and Skid Row among others. The band end up a bit later but the big demand and love in their work re-group the band started working on new songs. It’s considered one of the top collectable US indie hard rock gems.
