Profile Scott Dibble is a SOCAN award winning Canadian singer-songwriter, recording artist and producer, recorded a number of albums, some as solo projects, some as part of a group. In 1990, Dibble saw the release of his debut album, No Singing at the Dinner Table, under the Risque Disque Records label. He also recorded a number of singles that year, including “I’ll Run to You,” “If We Turn Out the Lights,” and “Paper Walls.” All of these first offerings were done under the assumed name of Watertown. By 1992, he was using Scott Dibble and Watertown, which is on the cover of the album One Phoebe Street. Musically the album contain 10-tracks well arranged, performed and produced offer us a smooth westcoast sound blend some with folk and country influences while in times sound similar to John Waite. Very rare album released only in Canada.
