Profile Self release from 1984 by Razar, a rock outfit from Anchorage, Alaska formed in the early 80s by drummer Ron Lahr. Made up of talented musicians with a wild penchants for booze and broads, Razar took the state of Alaska by storm. The first, and for a while, the only band to crank it to 10 and play the music seen on MTV, Razar leaped to local stardom. Then began a long journey into the decadence of sex, drugs, and rock and roll – Alaskan style. What would become them would also defeat them. They recorded and produced an album, made a video and went on tour. They had the music and they had the fans. With a better songwriting they would become huge.
