Profile J’nai started singing at the age of eight under the Filpop Performing Arts with some training at Ryan Cayabyab School of Music, Center for Pop Music, and the Ontario Conservatory of Music.

In 2008, J’Nai won the Globalreach Canada “MobiStar” Grand Championship and recorded a sound track “Game Na” for “RPG Metanoia” movie produced by Ambient Media and Thaumatrope Animation, and released through ABS-CBN Star Cinema. In 2009, J’nai won the Toronto “Pinoy Idol” Teen championship, and her rock version of APO Hiking Society “Panalangin”was top-five winner in the RST Battle of the Bands. It was recorded under RST-Minerva label and included in APO 40th Anniversary Tribute CD. J’nai is one of the most sought singer and performer by Ontario bands, producers, organizations, and party organizers. She was recently contracted in 2012 to compose soundtrack themes for TNGA INC., a Canadian Independent film production company starting with a feature film “Fangs of War”, signed a production/management deal with Plato’s Cave Entertainment, and will release her debut CD during the Summer, 2012.

J’nai is taking up BSc. major in Communication, Culture & Information Technology with minors in Creative Writing and Film Studies, a junior student at University of Toronto Mississauga. On her free time, she enjoys composing, singing, dancing, plays piano, organ, guitar, drums, and writes for her monthly column “Youthful Times” in Toronto’s Libreto news magazine.
