Profile In the mid 80s Sergei Galinka playing with his band Experiment in Donetsk and with the collapse of his band moving to St. Petersburg in 1987 formed a new band called Crisis. The band play the typical hard rock of the period with some heavy guitar riffs and good tunes but the production is a problem. Indeed the fame of the band was growing back then with appearances on television and participate in prestigious competitions and festivals, while two of the songs appeared in the compilation “Signaling Series” in 1990. With the release of their album the band somehow disappeared from sight as it happened to many bands of the St. Petersburg metal of the 80s like Presence, Emergency, Assistance, Dog Tse-Tse and Forward. In 1999 Sergei Galinka died by heart attack.
