Profile Claire Vezina hailed from Quebec City, and she was trained as a pianist at an early age and studied at the School of Music at the University of Laval. She played in various groups and she travels to Quebec and New Brunswick playing in various clubs rock, blues and soul.  She is semi-finalist as a singer-songwriter at the International Song Festival of Granby, she also won the support of CHOI-FM in Québec and participated in the International Summer Festival at Québec among others.

In 1993 with the participation of Aldo Nova she released her self-titled debut album under Sony Music, where three of the songs “Douce folie”, “Cœur sauvage” and “Dégivre” gain major success in the charts, while the first two songs released also as a video. One of the song of the album wrtitten with the collaboration of Jon Bon Jovi and Aldo Nova. In 1994, she was nominated at ADISQ Felix to win the prize Discovery of the year and rock album of the year but these prices are respectively won by Zebulon and Nanette Workman. The same year, she also participated in a tour to Canada’s military mission in peacekeeping in Rwanda and touring in France in 1995.
