Tracks 01. One of the Boys (3:30), 02. We’re the Future (4:28), 03. Stand up (4:27), 04. Phantom Lover (3:55), 05. Calling you (3:55), 06. Sugar ‘n Spikes (3:28), 07. Love in Motion (4:23), 08. Cold as a Knife (4:23), 09. I Found a Place (3:26)

Profile Charlee has a slightly smoky voice that reminds me of a mix between Dalbello and Zia Lindberg, an obscure indie album released in 1990 and produced by Michael Deloir who’s also one of the main composer of the songs (the other is S. Trotter), with many catchy hooklines and some quirky moments.

The opener “One Of The Boys” reminds me of an 80’s Scandal-song and the following “We’re The Future” comes up with a great Hi-tech arrangement and full blown keys, the quirky “Sugar’n Spikes” and the keyboard driven “Cold As A Knife” with its cool guitar fills, both sound more like 80’s Dalbello. Another highlight here is “Stand Up”, that sounds a bit like a mix between Patty Smith, Scandal and Zia Lindberg.
