Profile B.O.A. (Bachelors of Art) hailed from Columbia formed in the early 80s. “Love is Dead” is the forth and final release of the band from Manifest Soundworks a division of Manifest Records. An excellent female fronted indie with wonderful production and outstanding guitar parts in the vein of bands Karla, Saraya and Femme Fatale. The style differs from song to song with hard rock tunes till new wave and goth rock pieces. The band after their last live perfomance in 1992 separate. In 2007 reunited for one live show as it happened in 2012 again.
