Profile Osaka based Astlla formed in 1985, where the quality of their songs made them stand out in the Japanese music scene. They have the American sound of the period with a mixture of hard rock, glam and metal elements reminds bands like 44 Magnum and D’Erlanger. Their first complete work the EP “Brain? No’, No! Kow!?” came out in 1989 by Vintage Project in limited copies and hard to be found nowdays. The same year they also release a demo tape with unreleased songs. Since they played well why they disappeared while making such a powerful high-level work.
